Executive Report
Karen Debergh reported on the Executive Committee. A maintenance program has been set up with McFadden Heating and Cooling. Ron did a press release announcing the new Executive and emailed it to the Executive for review.
Committee Reports

- Special Events Committee: Chuck Ferris reported on the Special Events Committee. The next Business after Hours will be March 20 at Crabby Joe’s. All the events are booked for the year.
- Marketing/Membership Committee: Ron Laroche reported on the Marketing/Membership Committee. The committee has come up with an incentive for signing up for multiple years on the signs. 1 year – business will pay for advertising and the cost of making the sign; 2 years – business will pay for advertising and 1/2 the cost of making the sign; 3 years – business will pay for advertising and Chamber will waive cost of making the sign. All costs need to be paid up front over a 6 month period. Ron will have something in written form to be able to launch April 1. Chuck Ferris mentioned that he had 5 potential new members. The committee will also be resuming with the newsletters; Chuck and Tina to work on.
- Business Excellence Committee: Barbara McCaughrin reported on the Business Excellence Committee. Everything is coming together nicely. The committee met with Melissa at Baldoon and she will be doing the decorations as well. The committee has 1 confirmed judge and are looking for 2 more. Judging will take place on April 2nd. Food vendors are all taken care of. Silent auction is going well.
- Finance Committee: Matt Montague reported on the Finance Committee. To date, nothing is out of the ordinary. It’s still early as revenues are still coming in.
