Executive Report
Karen Debergh reported on the Executive Committee. The Chamber has a new Co-op student from WDSS, Miranda VanDamme. Tina has been working on the signage program; OLG have decided to take one sign on each of the signs.
Committee Reports

- Special Events Committee: Chuck Ferris reported on the Special Events Committee. The next Business after Hours will be at James Street Eatery hosted by JobMatch.
- Finance Committee: Karen Debergh reported on the Financial Reports. The 90 day outstanding receivables have been reviewed and arrangements made. There were some concerns with the financial statements and have asked Tina to email the directors with an explanation.
- Nominations Committee: Ron Laroche discussed the board directors that are returning and the possible new directors coming on board. The by-law changes were discussed and everything is set for the AGM.

New Business
There was a discussion regarding the Councillor Candidates Debate. The Chamber will co-sponsor with CKXS 99.1 FM to have a debate for the candidates of Ward 4 and Ward 5.
