Event Planner/ Adminstrative Assisstant
Wallaceburg & District Chamber of Commerce has a job posting for an EVENT PLANNER/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT. The position is 30 hrs/week, starting Monday, June 7- Friday, August 6, through Canada Job Program (ages 15-30). Duties will include prepare & help with Golf Tournament, social media postings to promote events & members on all social media platforms. Create flyers & ads on Canva Program. Be comfortable phoning business owners for prize donations, pick up prizes, deliver flyers, to businesses, bulletin boards. Hand out thank you cards to donators & sponsors.
